SHIELD assists in acquisition of schools

SHIELD has during the summer and fall assisted in the acquisition by an education company of three school located in the greater Stockholm area. The acquisition of the three schools are a perfect fit to the schools already being operated by the company.

The acquisitions were made by acquiring all shares in the companies’ operating the schools.
